    Questa maison di Champagne, creata nel 1802, è stata sviluppata da Michel Gonet ed è ora gestita dalla figlia Sophie Signolle. Oggi, l'azienda si estende su circa 40 ettari di vigneti con appezzamenti ben localizzati nella Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Vertus), nell'Aube e nel Sézannais, piantati con uve Chardonnay all'80% e Pinot Noir al 20%. Inoltre, la famiglia possiede sei châteaux a Bordeaux.

    Il Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Mesnil Sur Oger è prodotto con uve Chardonnay al 100% provenienti da terreni di proprietà a Les Hautes Mottes a Mesnil Sur Oger, comune del Grand Cru.

    Il vino si presenta con un bel colore dorato ravvivato da abbondanti bollicine. Al naso si apre su aromi di agrumi canditi e nettarina, evolvendo verso note tostate e cremose. Al palato le bollicine sono rotonde e persistenti, seguite da una bella freschezza e da sentori fruttati di prugna mirabelle e pera. Notevole anche il finale di vaniglia e una punta di acidità nel finale di bocca. È un aperitivo delizioso ed elegante ed è perfetto per accompagnare antipasti di mare crudi, carni bianche alla griglia, primi piatti di pesce, sushi e sashimi. Servitelo ben freddo.
