Buonasera, purtroppo all’ordine che ho fatto una delle bottiglie mi è stata inviata rotta.. sicuramente non è colpa di 8wine ma del corriere, però il fatto ancora non mi è stato fatto il rimborso del danno recato e non mi hanno risposto a qualche mail che gli ho fatto, rimango molto Dispiaciuto!

Ciò che potrebbe essere migliorato è la possibilità di scegliere una data di consegna prima di inviare il pacco. A parte questo: ottimo servizio quando il pacco è arrivato mentre ero in vacanza e ho dovuto cambiare luogo di consegna!
