Un compleanno da ricordare con DAOU & Colomé Festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre è stato reso ancora più speciale grazie a due vini incredibili: DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 e Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Il protagonista della serata è stato senza dubbio il DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Fin dal primo sorso, ci ha avvolti nel suo abbraccio ricco e vellutato. I profondi sapori di frutta scura, le note di cacao e il rovere perfettamente bilanciato hanno fatto sì che ogni bicchiere sembrasse una vera indulgenza. È stato audace ma elegante, un vino che ha portato senza sforzo calore e gioia alla nostra riunione. Vedere mia madre assaporare ogni sorso con un sorriso lo ha reso ancora più memorabile. Anche il Colomé Auténtico Malbec si è rivelato un'ottima espressione del Malbec d'alta quota. Era potente, con more mature, spezie e un finale morbido e persistente: un eccellente complemento alla serata. Questi vini non hanno solo arricchito il nostro pasto, ma sono diventati parte della celebrazione, elevando ogni brindisi e conversazione. Un sentito ringraziamento a DAOU e Colomé per aver reso questa occasione speciale davvero indimenticabile!

    La cantina della famiglia Tchotiashvili produce vini Qvevri di alta qualità. Le tecniche di vinificazione tradizionali sono state tramandate di generazione in generazione. L'esperto enologo Kakha Tchotiashvili crea i suoi vigneti con conoscenze scientifiche. Grazie alle condizioni geografiche uniche, vengono creati vini georgiani di prima classe.

    I vigneti si trovano a Kakheti, considerata la migliore regione vinicola della Georgia. Tutti i vini dell'azienda sono fermentati e invecchiati nei tipici contenitori di terracotta, i cosiddetti Qvevri. Storia, passione e capacità tecniche fanno di Tchotiashvili uno dei più autorevoli produttori di vino georgiano.

    Questo vino esclusivo fa parte della linea Specially Bottled, un'edizione limitata delle migliori annate. Ogni bottiglia è numerata e firmata per approvazione dall'enologo Kakha Tchotiashvili.Ottenuto dall'antico e raro vitigno Chitistvala, il mosto è stato lasciato a macerare con le bucce a Qvevri per sei mesi.

    Il vino ha un bel colore dorato con riflessi miele. Al naso, sorprende con frutti di pietra e tropicali che ricordano i profumi dell'estate. In bocca, è leggero e minerale, con tannini morbidi e un lungo finale.Provalo con un piatto di formaggio o una ricetta tradizionale georgiana vegetariana come Nigvziani Badrijani (involtini di melanzane ripieni di noci).
