    Il vigneto della famiglia Solomnishvili è una tenuta molto piccola che copre solo 0,2 ettari di vigneti. Poiché le vigne sono piantate molto vicine tra loro, i macchinari non possono accedervi. Giorgi Solomnishvili si occupa quindi personalmente dei vigneti, a mano. Questo approccio garantisce il più alto standard di qualità dell'uva in assoluto, e il risultato è una serie di vini molto esclusivi con numeri di produzione molto limitati.

    Il Saperavi #22 proviene da viti di 20 anni situate a circa 400m di altitudine, su terreni alluvionali con argilla, ghiaia e calcare. Le uve sono raccolte manualmente e la vinificazione avviene con il metodo tradizionale Qvevri. Il vino viene poi invecchiato per 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese.

    Il vino mostra un naso complesso e ricco di more e prugne, cioccolato fondente, vaniglia e spezie, tabacco e cuoio. In bocca è morbido, rotondo, elegante e setoso. I tannini sono fermi ma maturi, e il finale è lungo e piacevole. È pronto per essere gustato ora con manzo, agnello e pollame da caccia, ma può riposare un po' più a lungo nella vostra cantina.
