    Auvigue è un'azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare, con radici nelle regioni meridionali della Borgogna che risalgono al XVII secolo. Nel 1946, Francis Auvigue fondò il "Moulin du Pont", un mulino trasformato in cantina, che ancora oggi funge da sede della famiglia.

    Raccolto da viti della AOC Pouilly-Fuissé con un'età media di 80 anni, questo Vieilles Vignes ha uno stile maturo e rotondo. Presenta un naso aromatico, con forti note di fiori bianchi, agrumi, nettarina e mineralità. Il suo colore giallo pallido riflette i sapori che troverai in ogni boccone: limone Meyer croccante, fiori d'acacia, caprifoglio e una consistenza burrosa data dal rovere. Abbinalo a qualsiasi tipo di piatto cremoso a base di pesce, pollame, selvaggina o salumi. Il Vieilles Vignes di Auvigue è perfettamente godibile ora, ma ha tutto il potenziale per svilupparsi ulteriormente con qualche anno di cantina.
