    La collezione di vini Paring è prodotta dal team enologico di Jonata e The Hill Estate con uve selezionate da diversi vigneti dell'azienda situati nella Santa Ynez Valley, Sta. Rita Hills e Santa Maria Valley, dove le viti godono del caldo sole della California e delle rinfrescanti brezze oceaniche. Questi vini, prodotti grazie ad un'attenta sperimentazione con i diversi siti e vitigni, sono caratterizzati da grande versatilità e vivacità e da un perfetto equilibrio tra intensità e densità.
