Un compleanno da ricordare con DAOU & Colomé Festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre è stato reso ancora più speciale grazie a due vini incredibili: DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 e Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Il protagonista della serata è stato senza dubbio il DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Fin dal primo sorso, ci ha avvolti nel suo abbraccio ricco e vellutato. I profondi sapori di frutta scura, le note di cacao e il rovere perfettamente bilanciato hanno fatto sì che ogni bicchiere sembrasse una vera indulgenza. È stato audace ma elegante, un vino che ha portato senza sforzo calore e gioia alla nostra riunione. Vedere mia madre assaporare ogni sorso con un sorriso lo ha reso ancora più memorabile. Anche il Colomé Auténtico Malbec si è rivelato un'ottima espressione del Malbec d'alta quota. Era potente, con more mature, spezie e un finale morbido e persistente: un eccellente complemento alla serata. Questi vini non hanno solo arricchito il nostro pasto, ma sono diventati parte della celebrazione, elevando ogni brindisi e conversazione. Un sentito ringraziamento a DAOU e Colomé per aver reso questa occasione speciale davvero indimenticabile!

    Vivaltus è il nuovo progetto della famiglia Yllera nella Ribera del Duero, in collaborazione con Jean-Claude Berrouet, enologo di Chateau Petrus da 40 anni, e suo figlio Jeff Berrouet. L'azienda produce vini di alta qualità con uve provenienti da vecchi vigneti, tra cui Fuentenebro e La Aguilera, ad altitudini comprese tra 800 e 1000 metri, su terreni argilloso-granitici e calcarei e argilloso-sabbiosi che favoriscono una grande complessità e freschezza.

    La Fleur Vivaltus è un vino a base di Tempranillo con piccole aggiunte di Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot. Ogni parcella viene vinificata separatamente, utilizzando solo la gravità per muovere le uve. La fermentazione avviene in acciaio per preservare la freschezza degli aromi varietali. Il vino viene poi affinato per 9 mesi in botti di rovere francese e tini ovoidali.

    Elegante e fresco, questo vino rivela un profilo aromatico vivace con intense note fruttate e floreali. Al palato, è rinfrescante e concentrato, con tannini setosi e un buon corpo. È un vino in continua evoluzione, piacevolmente pronto da bere ora ma che può invecchiare con grande eleganza. Termina con un finale lungo e raffinato. Da provare assolutamente con l'agnello arrosto.
