    La cantina Tolaini è stata fondata da Pierluigi Tolaini alla fine degli anni '90, nella zona meridionale della regione vinicola del Chianti Classico, e più precisamente nel comune di Castelnuovo Berardenga. L'azienda, che produce vini conosciuti a livello internazionale per la loro alta qualità, applica tecnologie all'avanguardia in totale armonia con le antiche tradizioni locali e con il massimo rispetto per il terroir.

    Il Valdisanti della cantina Tolaini è un blend di uve Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet Franc in parti uguali, provenienti dal vigneto San Giovanni, vicino a San Giovanni a Cerreto. Qui le viti hanno più di 20 anni e sono piantate su terrazze sabbiose e tufacee. La fermentazione avviene in botti di rovere francese a temperatura controllata e il vino finito invecchia per 16 mesi in barrique di rovere francese.

    Questo elegante SuperTuscan ha un colore rosso rubino con sfumature granate. Al naso è intenso e fragrante, con aromi di spezie dolci come cannella e vaniglia, frutti di bosco maturi e alcune note minerali ed erbacee. Al palato, è ricco e rotondo, corposo e morbido, con tannini maturi e una piacevole concentrazione di frutta matura. Il finale è lungo e persistente e richiama note di spezie dolci. Lo provi con una grigliata mista di carne rossa.
