    La famiglia Tinazzi è produttrice di vino da generazioni e nel 1968 ha fondato la Cantina Tinazzi a Cavaion Veronese in Verona. Poco dopo, nel 1984, hanno iniziato ad esportare i loro vini all'estero e nel 1986 la famiglia ha acquistato la Tenuta Valleselle a Bardolino. Più recentemente, hanno continuato ad espandere le loro operazioni di vinificazione in tutta Italia, acquisendo la tenuta Feudo Croce in Puglia e Poderi Campopian a Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella.

    Ca de Rocchi è la loro linea di vini della Valpolicella fatti con un sacco di ricca frutta matura e una struttura liscia e tannini. Questo è il loro Montere che è fatto in uno stile Ripasso tradizionale con uve Corvina, Corvinone e Rondinella da diversi vigneti collinari a 150-300 metri sul livello del mare. Una volta in cantina, le uve vengono accuratamente pigiate e diraspate prima di essere vinificate in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Durante l'inverno il vino viene fermentato una seconda volta o "repassato" sulle bucce già utilizzate per i vini Amarone.

    La fase finale è la maturazione in botti di rovere francese e americano da 5-20 ettolitri per 12 mesi, creando un vino lussurioso e corposo che scoppia di note di cassis, ciliegia rossa e prugna matura. Al palato ci sono molti tannini morbidi, una struttura liscia e un finale molto lungo.
