    Trois Terres è prodotto da vecchie viti di Pinot Nero, provenienti da tre vigneti della regione di Marsannay: Longeroies, Es Chezots e Clos du Roy. Presenta un colore granato profondo e un bouquet straordinario di amarena, mirtillo rosso, petali di rosa, spezie e sentori umami di pavimento forestale bagnato.

    Anche se la cantina stessa è stata fondata nel 1962 da Jean Fournier, la famiglia Fournier è una delle più antiche famiglie di viticoltori della regione di Marsannay. La loro storia risale al XVII secolo e al regno del re Luigi XIII. Al giorno d'oggi, la cantina si è convertita a tecniche di vinificazione completamente biologiche, grazie alla gestione di Laurent, il figlio del fondatore Jean.

    Trois Terres è un'espressione matura e ben arrotondata di Marsannay. In bocca è perfettamente equilibrato e stratificato, con sapori intrecciati di frutti rossi e neri, spezie sottili e un tocco di mineralità ghiaiosa. I tannini a grana fine e l'acidità vibrante forniscono un'eccellente struttura, rendendo questo Pinot Nero adatto a una conservazione a lungo termine. Sarà un ottimo partner per carni erbacee, pollame arrosto o formaggi pungenti, come il Comté.
