    Situata nella Valle della Loira, questa tenuta è di proprietà di Anne-Claude Leflaive, della famosa tenuta Puligny-Montrachet, dal 2008 ed è gestita da Sylvain Potain dal 2009. L'azienda concentra la sua produzione sui vitigni locali di Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, Grolleau e Cabernet Sauvignon e coltiva i suoi vigneti in modo biodinamico e il lavoro viene svolto secondo i ritmi del calendario biodinamico. Le uve beneficiano di terreni argillo-calcarei, con arenaria rossa e selce. I vini vengono affinati per 12 - 24 mesi in vecchie botti conservate all'interno di grotte trogloditiche.

    Le uve Cabernet Franc provengono da vigneti di età compresa tra 45 e 55 anni. Dopo la selezione e la raccolta manuale, la fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni e interventi minimi. Il vino finito viene poi affinato 12 mesi sulle fecce fini in botti di Borgogna e poi altri 6 mesi in tini.

    Questo Cabernet Franc è un vino dal colore brillante con toni rosso rubino. Al naso, rivela un profilo aromatico fruttato e dolce, con sentori floreali e alcune note speziate. Al palato, è fruttato e succoso, equilibrato e con tannini delicati. Il finale è piacevole e ricorda note di frutta cotta. È uno splendido esempio di Cabernet Franc della Loira e si abbina magnificamente alla carne di maiale e ad alcune ricette vegetariane.
