    Il processo di acquisto e la scelta del prodotto sono buoni, ma il servizio di consegna con UPS è penoso. Purtroppo non acquisterò più a causa della consegna da parte di UPS, che non rispetta mai la data e l'ora e fornisce la falsa scusa di essere assente quando ero lì e ho preso un giorno di ferie per essere lì.

    Il Giusto di Notri si apre con aromi inebrianti di more, prugne e fiori secchi, mentre il palato offre tannini a grana fine e una struttura impressionante che aiuterà il vino ad invecchiare bene nei prossimi dieci anni. È un partner impressionante per piatti ricchi come il manzo bourguignon o una ciotola di pasta fresca servita con una salsa di ragu' abbondante.

    Questo vino prende il nome dal santo patrono di Suvereto, "Giusto", dove si trova la tenuta Tua Rita. Ispirato ai grandi vini di Bordeaux, il Giusto di Notri è una miscela magistrale di Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Cabernet Franc che sono piantati sui terreni ghiaiosi della tenuta. Dopo la vendemmia a settembre, le bucce e il succo d'uva vengono macerati fino a 30 giorni per aggiungere intensità al vino. Il vino nuovo viene poi invecchiato in botti di rovere francese per 20 mesi prima dell'imbottigliamento e della commercializzazione.

    La tenuta Tua Rita fu fondata da Rita Tua e suo marito che acquistarono la tenuta nel 1984. Nel 2000 la tenuta è stata acclamata a livello internazionale quando il leggendario critico di vini Robert Parker ha assegnato al loro vino Merlot monovarietale, Redigaffi, un punteggio perfetto di 100 punti. Oggi Tua Rita ha la reputazione di produrre alcuni dei più impressionanti vini Super Tuscan della Toscana meridionale.
