Un compleanno da ricordare con DAOU & Colomé Festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre è stato reso ancora più speciale grazie a due vini incredibili: DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 e Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Il protagonista della serata è stato senza dubbio il DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Fin dal primo sorso, ci ha avvolti nel suo abbraccio ricco e vellutato. I profondi sapori di frutta scura, le note di cacao e il rovere perfettamente bilanciato hanno fatto sì che ogni bicchiere sembrasse una vera indulgenza. È stato audace ma elegante, un vino che ha portato senza sforzo calore e gioia alla nostra riunione. Vedere mia madre assaporare ogni sorso con un sorriso lo ha reso ancora più memorabile. Anche il Colomé Auténtico Malbec si è rivelato un'ottima espressione del Malbec d'alta quota. Era potente, con more mature, spezie e un finale morbido e persistente: un eccellente complemento alla serata. Questi vini non hanno solo arricchito il nostro pasto, ma sono diventati parte della celebrazione, elevando ogni brindisi e conversazione. Un sentito ringraziamento a DAOU e Colomé per aver reso questa occasione speciale davvero indimenticabile!

    Seducenti ciliegie scure, more, spezie dolci e lavanda incantano il naso, mentre il primo sorso rivela marmellata di frutti di bosco, erbe secche e note di fumo e tabacco insieme ad una mineralità distintiva. Corposo e generoso in bocca, la struttura solida e i tannini sono perfettamente bilanciati da un tocco di acidità e da un lungo finale.

    Questo unico blend rosso del Lazio è fatto con uve Grenache, Syrah, Carignan e Tempranillo coltivate biologicamente e raccolte a mano a maturazione ottimale. Vengono poi fermentate in vasche d'acciaio utilizzando lieviti selvatici e invecchiate in botti di rovere per 20 mesi seguiti da altri 6 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.

    Il San Giovenale Habemus Lazio è uno dei vini più eccitanti che vengono prodotti nel Lazio oggi grazie all'ambizioso enologo Emanuele Pangrazi. Imprenditore di successo prima di dedicarsi alla sua passione per il vino, Emanuele ha lavorato con il famoso enologo italiano Marco Casolanetti per identificare i siti migliori per i vigneti nella pittoresca valle di Blera appena a nord di Roma. Le condizioni qui sono ideali per fare vini eccezionali grazie all'abbondante sole estivo e all'influenza rinfrescante del vicino Mar Tirreno.
