    Questo magnifico Reserva Especial di Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro è realizzato con uve accuratamente selezionate dagli antichi vigneti della tenuta. Queste nobili viti di Tinta del Pais e Albilla sono state piantate più di un secolo fa in questo affascinante angolo della Ribera del Duero. Piantate su terreni calcarei e argillosi e benedette da un sole abbondante e da notti fresche anche durante l'estate, queste viti producono piccole quantità di questo incredibilmente concentrato Reserva Especial.

    La tenuta insiste nel raccogliere tutte le uve per questo vino a mano per garantire che raggiungano la cantina in condizioni ottimali. I vini sono poi sottoposti a fermentazione in botti seguite da un periodo di 24 mesi di maturazione in nuove botti di rovere francese per aggiungere ulteriori strati di complessità e creare un carattere morbido e ben arrotondato.

    Al naso questo splendido Reserva Especial emana seducenti note di cuoio, cioccolato fondente e marmellata di prugne scure che sono unite al palato da bacche rosse mature, spezie dolci e sentori di noci tostate. Corposo e incredibilmente liscio al palato, la solida struttura di questo vino rosso lo rende un partner eccellente per ricchi stufati di carne, formaggi duri o piatti di selvaggina di terra.
