    Situata a Trélou-Sur-Marne nella Valle della Marna dal 1922, la tenuta Champagne Veuve Olivier et Fils detiene lo status di "Recoltant-Manipulant". I vini sono prodotti nelle cantine dell'azienda con uve raccolte nella stessa tenuta. I vigneti si estendono su 18 ettari e sono costituiti da 21 appezzamenti situati nei dintorni di Trélou-Sur-Marne, nella Valle della Marna. L'azienda coltiva una maggioranza di Pinot Meunier, oltre a Chardonnay e Pinot Noir. Sandrine Charpentier-Olivier dirige oggi la Maison, sotto l'occhio vigile dei suoi genitori, Michelle e Pierre, che le hanno trasmesso la loro vasta esperienza di viticoltori di Champagne.

    Lo Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils Perle de Saignee Brut è prodotto con un assemblaggio di Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier provenienti da viti di 40 anni.

    Il suo colore intenso e brillante è il risultato di una breve macerazione della buccia dell'uva con il mosto. Al naso, rivela un generoso bouquet di frutti rossi freschi (fragole, more, ciliegie, lamponi) seguito da leggere note agrumate. Al palato è uno champagne potente e pieno, con delicate note salate e buona acidità. È un vino perfetto per carni d'anatra, antipasti misti, torte rustiche con pomodori e prosciutto di Parma. Da servire fresco a 8-10°C.
