    Situata nella regione vinicola di Kakheti, nella Georgia orientale, la cantina Tiko è stata fondata nel 2017 dai fratelli Chychynadze che, dopo una lunga esperienza nel settore vinicolo all'estero, hanno deciso di avviare la propria azienda. La giovane cantina concentra la sua produzione sui vitigni autoctoni georgiani, come Saperavi e Rkatsiteli, e sui metodi di vinificazione tradizionali georgiani, come la macerazione in Qvevri.

    Il Pet Nat di Tiko Estate è prodotto con uve selezionate nei vigneti della zona di Kakheti, una regione con un'antica tradizione vinicola grazie alle particolari condizioni pedoclimatiche particolarmente favorevoli alla viticoltura di qualità.

    Il vino, imbottigliato durante la fermentazione per favorire la formazione di bollicine, ha un colore giallo paglierino chiaro. Al naso è fresco e delicatamente floreale, ma rivela anche aromi di frutta a nocciolo, mela verde e agrumi. Al palato, è vivace con una piacevole effervescenza e una buona vena minerale. Ha un'acidità moderata e perfettamente bilanciata e un delizioso retrogusto dolciastro. È leggero, anche in termini di contenuto alcolico, il che lo rende il vino ideale per accompagnare un brunch. È eccellente anche con il pesce affumicato. In alternativa, lo serva ben freddo per un perfetto aperitivo estivo.
