    Situato in Borgogna, il Domaine Geantet Pansiot è stato fondato nel 1954 ed è oggi gestito dal figlio e dal nipote dei fondatori Edmond Geantet e Bernadette Pansiot. L'azienda copre oggi 13 ettari di vigneti, distribuiti in alcune delle dominazioni più prestigiose della regione: Clos Vougeot, Gevrey Chambertin, Marsannay, Charmes Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny e Bourgogne. Il loro motto "Être sobre, c'est boire bon", scritto sull'etichetta, riassume lo spirito edonistico di questi vini, dal carattere concentrato ed elegante.

    Il Pinot Fin del Domaine Geantet-Pansiot è un vino di grande eleganza. Le uve Pinot Noir provengono da viti giovani piantate su un terroir argilloso-calcareo. Il vino viene affinato per 14 mesi in botti (di cui il 30% di rovere nuovo). Il risultato è un vino profumato che mostra tutta l'eleganza e la finezza tipiche dei vini del Domaine.

    Il profilo aromatico del vino rivela note intense di lamponi, ribes, frutti di bosco e fiori secchi, seguite da sentori speziati. Al palato, il vino è pieno e morbido, fresco e fruttato, con tannini fini. Il finale è lungo e rinfrescante. Si abbina magnificamente al tonno e al salmone, ma anche alla quaglia.
