    Il processo di acquisto e la scelta del prodotto sono buoni, ma il servizio di consegna con UPS è penoso. Purtroppo non acquisterò più a causa della consegna da parte di UPS, che non rispetta mai la data e l'ora e fornisce la falsa scusa di essere assente quando ero lì e ho preso un giorno di ferie per essere lì.

    Frog's Leap è stata fondata in California nella regione vinicola di Rutherford nel 1981 e da allora è un'azienda familiare. L'azienda è gestita da John Williams e da suo figlio Rory, ma il resto della famiglia (figli, nipoti e altri parenti) si sono uniti all'azienda nel corso degli anni e partecipano attivamente alle operazioni quotidiane dell'azienda.

    Frog's Leap è stata la pioniera della viticoltura biologica e dell'agricoltura a secco in California, il che significa che non viene usata l'irrigazione. Questa è stata una pratica controversa a Napa, ma il loro approccio si è dimostrato saggio durante la recente siccità, quando l'azienda non ha sperimentato alcun calo nella resa grazie alle sue pratiche.

    Questo Sauvignon Blanc è un vino di punta per Frog's Leap. È fatto da uve 100% Sauvignon Blanc coltivate in modo da mantenere un basso contenuto di alcol, alta acidità e sapori complessi e rinfrescanti.

    Il vino è prodotto in uno stile adatto al cibo ed estremamente fresco, senza passare per il legno.Ha un bel naso di frutta a nocciolo, che ricorda gli aromi di agrumi e di selce. In bocca è meravigliosamente pieno e rotondo con una buona freschezza, un'acidità vivace, un grande equilibrio e un finale minerale e persistente. Si abbina generalmente a piatti vegetariani, sogliola di Dover, frutti di mare e formaggi di capra.
