    Nonostante sia cresciuto in Svizzera, Fabio Chiarelotto era destinato a fare il vino e in seguito è tornato nella regione costiera di Bolgheri della sua nativa Toscana per perseguire il suo sogno. Montepeloso è una tenuta di 15 acri sulle colline di Suvereto, nella regione vinicola più calda della Toscana. Il clima qui è ottimo per la produzione di vini Super Tuscan opulenti e potenti, ma Fabio ha sviluppato un'arte di creare vini raffinati ed eleganti da varietà classiche italiane e internazionali.

    Fabio considera Eneo il suo 'Grand Vin' e produce questo vino opulento in piccole quantità principalmente da uve Sangiovese, Colorino e Merlot coltivate su terreni argillosi e calcarei. Le uve sono tutte raccolte a mano e sottoposte a brevi macerazioni in cantina per creare un vino di grande finezza ed eleganza. Dopo la vinificazione il vino viene invecchiato in botti di rovere francese per 18 mesi seguito da altri 18 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.

    Note di amarena, cioccolato fondente, tabacco e spezie invernali definiscono il naso mentre il primo sorso mostra un corpo pieno e robusto, frutta scura intensa e tannini fermi. La struttura ben sviluppata e il finale molto lungo lo rendono un grande vino da tenere in cantina ancora per qualche anno o da gustare ora insieme a piatti sostanziosi di carne rossa.
