Un compleanno da ricordare con DAOU & Colomé Festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre è stato reso ancora più speciale grazie a due vini incredibili: DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 e Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Il protagonista della serata è stato senza dubbio il DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Fin dal primo sorso, ci ha avvolti nel suo abbraccio ricco e vellutato. I profondi sapori di frutta scura, le note di cacao e il rovere perfettamente bilanciato hanno fatto sì che ogni bicchiere sembrasse una vera indulgenza. È stato audace ma elegante, un vino che ha portato senza sforzo calore e gioia alla nostra riunione. Vedere mia madre assaporare ogni sorso con un sorriso lo ha reso ancora più memorabile. Anche il Colomé Auténtico Malbec si è rivelato un'ottima espressione del Malbec d'alta quota. Era potente, con more mature, spezie e un finale morbido e persistente: un eccellente complemento alla serata. Questi vini non hanno solo arricchito il nostro pasto, ma sono diventati parte della celebrazione, elevando ogni brindisi e conversazione. Un sentito ringraziamento a DAOU e Colomé per aver reso questa occasione speciale davvero indimenticabile!

    Situato nel cuore della Provenza Verde a Bras, nel Var, lo Chateau Favori gode di una posizione naturale di eccezionale bellezza e beneficia di un terreno argilloso-calcareo favorevole all'espressione del terroir Coteaux Varois, e di un clima caratterizzato da giornate soleggiate e notti fresche grazie alla protezione del Massiccio della Sainte Baume.

    Questo vino vivace e fresco è prodotto da un assemblaggio di Grenache (70%), Syrah (15%) e Vermentino o Rolle (15%). Il Grenache apporta delicatezza all'assemblaggio, il Syrah conferisce un bel colore rosa e apporta struttura e vivacità, mentre il Rolle aggiunge interessanti note floreali e bilancia il tutto. Le uve vengono raccolte durante la notte per garantire la freschezza e mantenere le caratteristiche varietali. La fermentazione avviene a una temperatura controllata di 16° per una migliore espressione aromatica.

    Il vino ha un bel colore rosa chiaro e brillante. Al naso, è un vino espressivo con spiccati aromi di frutta rossa, in particolare fragola, lampone e ciliegia, oltre a note di fiori bianchi primaverili. In bocca, lo Chateau Favori Provence è fresco e dissetante con note fruttate e leggermente speziate, ha una bella struttura e un equilibrio molto piacevole. Il finale è lungo e leggermente salato.

    Si abbina perfettamente ad antipasti mediterranei, verdure crude, ricette vegetariane estive, frutti di mare e branzino alle olive.

    Questo vino vivace e fresco è prodotto da un assemblaggio di Grenache, Syrah e Vermentino o Rolle. La Grenache apporta delicatezza all'assemblaggio, il Syrah conferisce un bel colore rosa e apporta struttura e vivacità, mentre il Rolle aggiunge interessanti note floreali e bilancia il tutto.
