    Il vigneto e la cantina Honig si trovano a Rutherford, in California, proprio nel cuore della Napa Valley. La tenuta di 68 acri fu originariamente acquistata da Louis Honig nel 1964, che piantò uve Sauvignon Blanc e Cabernet Sauvignon che vendette alle aziende vinicole della zona. Michael Honig (nipote di Louis) rilevò la tenuta nel 1984, dopo la scomparsa del nonno, e nel 1989 iniziò a produrre il primo Cabernet Sauvignon. Dalle umili origini di coltivazione e vendita dell'uva, questa cantina a conduzione familiare è arrivata a produrre Cabernet Sauvignon pluripremiati.
