Purtroppo non acquisterò più a causa della consegna da parte di UPS, che non rispetta mai la data e l'ora e fornisce la falsa scusa di essere assente quando ero lì e ho preso un giorno di ferie per essere lì.

    "Les Clos" è stato spesso definito il re dei vigneti Grand Cru di Chablis. Questa espressione del famoso sito, proveniente dal Domaine Servin, dimostra il soprannome. È ricco di profumi di frutta a nocciolo acidula, scorza di agrumi, spezie e mineralità. È allo stesso tempo potente e teso, degno di essere conservato in cantina per un decennio o più.

    Il Domaine Servin fa parte del paesaggio di Chablis da moltissimo tempo - anche se non sono sempre stati viticoltori, i monaci di Saint Martin si riferivano ai membri della famiglia Servin come "proprietari di vigneti" fin dal XVI secolo. Oggi, l'azienda vinicola è fedele alla tradizione, pur incorporando la tecnologia moderna per ottenere la massima qualità di vino possibile.

    Questo Grand Cru Chablis presenta un palato vellutato e corposo, con sapori complessi di pesca, nettarina, mela e una generosa mineralità di pietra umida. I terreni di "Les Clos" sono ricchi di calcare e argilla. Con un'acidità decisa, mantiene un certo margine, nonostante la bocca rotonda e setosa. Se è un fan dello Chardonnay, Chablis è la logica conclusione. Questo vino sarà perfetto da abbinare a crostacei, formaggi morbidi o pesce in salsa bianca.
