    Storica e famosa azienda produttrice di spumanti Trento DOC Metodo Classico, Cantine Ferrari è stata fondata nel 1902 da Giulio Ferrari, con l'obiettivo di creare un grande spumante italiano in Trentino. Nel 1952 la famiglia Lunelli rileva l'azienda continuando l'attività dei Ferrari volta alla produzione di spumanti in grado di competere con gli champagne francesi.

    I loro vini sono diventati famosi in tutto il mondo, e dal 2021 Ferrari Trentodoc è il brindisi ufficiale sul podio più iconico del mondo per celebrare le vittorie dei grandi campioni di Formula 1. Per commemorare questo successo, i Lunelli hanno messo in commercio una Special Edition del loro spumante.

    Un Trentodoc da collezione, ottenuto da 100% Chardonnay, lasciato maturare sui lieviti per 36 mesi. Il naso è ricco di aromi di pesca, prugna, pompelmo rosa e fiori d'arancio, seguiti da sentori di pasta frolla e mandorla glassata. Il perlage è fine e vellutato, teso e persistente, elegante con un lungo finale e delicate note di agrumi. È il vino perfetto per un'occasione speciale, come aperitivo per una serata romantica o in combinazione con preparazioni leggere a base di pesce o frutti di mare.
